Privacy

We collect the answers you give in the quiz (including height, weight and health details) and your email address, only to make and send your meal plan. We rely on your explicit consent for the health details.

Your answers are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to write the plan, to Stripe to take payment, and to our email provider to send it. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

If you don't buy, your answers are deleted automatically after 30 days. If you buy, we keep your plan for 12 months so you can reopen it, then delete it. Email hello@eatlittleandoften.co.uk to see or delete your data at any time.
