Questions people ask

What is the highest protein snack in UK supermarkets?

Ready-cooked chicken pieces and tuna snack pots are among the highest per pack, at around 18 to 25g. High-protein yoghurts and skyr pots give 15 to 20g and are easy to eat.

Are protein bars good snacks?

They're convenient but often large, sweet and filling for the protein they give. Yoghurt, cottage cheese or eggs usually work better on a small appetite.
